LONG time ago, I was addicted to McFlurry (like, REALLY REALLY long time ago!). But if you like dessert like that, here is a healthy and super tasty substitute:
- Greek yogurt (or "yogourt" for people in the UK!)
- stevia (or other sweetener)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed/ flaxseed meal
- pinch of cinnamon
You can add blueberries or strawberries, if you like.
That's it. Easy, right? And it is super yummy!!!
